How to Open a Store on N11?
If you are a taxpayer, you can open a store on N11. N11 requires that accounts verify their status as taxpayers before allowing them to open a store and sell products.
After creating your account, go to the Documents Management section under the My Account page. Once you upload the required documents and your sales contract, you can proceed to the next stage after your store is approved by N11.

What Are N11's Sales Commission Rates?

For sales made through N11, you are required to issue invoices and pay the applicable taxes as usual.
Invoices for Your N11 Store
N11 sends invoices for the commissions and service fees it collects on a monthly basis to your email. For invoices not received via email, you can access them from the Invoice Inquiry section under the Payment Method tab in your store’s management panel, download them to your computer, and print them.
